Someone jumped into an ambulance at Foothills Hospital about 10 o’clock Monday night and took it for a ride.
It was eventually found abandoned on Parkdale Boulevard NW.
It’s not clear whether the person who stole the vehicle was a patient at the hospital.
Officers are now going over security footage to try to identify the culprit.
