Calgary Police are investigating a strange scene in the northwest after they were called to a disturbance at a home.
They were called to the 4800 block of 14 St. at around 11 p.m. on Sunday.
The interior of the home had been apparently badly damaged and there was a significant amount of blood inside.
A short time later, a woman who lives at the address was found at a relative’s home suffering from a number of cuts to her body.
Police are continuing to hold the scene for the investigation, but don’t believe that anyone else was involved.
