The body a southern Alberta man who went missing during a fishing trip to Montana has been pulled from a lake west of Cut Bank, Montana.

Danny Heyland, 58, of Lethbridge, Fuki Nishibayashi, 75, of Japan and Kazuhiko Hayashizaki, 63, also from Lethbridge, went missing on November 22, 2014 during a fishing trip to Mission Lake.

The Glacier County sheriff's office says a deputy was patrolling the shore of the lake on Monday when he spotted Heyland’s body.

Officials said it appears the three either went through the ice or were blown into open water.

Hayashizaki's body was recovered from the lake on November 25, 2014 and Nishibayshi's was found on February 17, 2015.
