Police have arrested one suspect and are looking for another after they attended the scene of a crash in southwest Calgary involving a stolen truck and a building.
At about 5 a.m., police reported to the crash near the Mewata Armoury on 8 Avenue and 11 Street S.W.
When they got there, they found a truck, which they say had been stolen, crashed into the corner of a building.
Witnesses say they spotted two people running from the scene, and a subsequent search turned up one of the suspects a short distance away.
Another is still at large.
Traffic is expected to be slow in the area while police continue to investigate.
Fire crews have taken a look at the building and say it suffered just minor damage.
