RCMP released a composite sketch of a male who may have been involved in a violent road rage incident involving a gun.

It happened around 3:45 p.m. on December 7, 2017.

Police say a driver was turning westbound onto Highway 1A from Highway 22 when a cherry red SUV, possibly a Nissan, passed them in the turning lane.

As the driver passed, the victim says they pointed what looked like a black gun at them.

The suspect continued westbound on Highway 1A, away from the community.

The individual is a male, in his late 40s, wearing a black v-neck t-shirt and a Montreal Canadiens hat.

Police continue to investigate this incident and say further details will be released when they become available.
