A Calgary couple, accused of killing a flea market vendor, has been ordered to stand trial.

35-year-old Jason Hubler and 30-year-old Tosha Hubler have pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.

They're accused of killing 77-year-old Rino (Ray) Johnson who sold tools on Sundays at the Hillhurst-Sunnyside Flea Market.

Johnson was last seen alive when he left to meet the accused at their Bridgeland rental house on January 30th, 2009.

His body was found the next day in an industrial area.

The Hublers are also charged with stealing the victim's truck and using his credit card.

Four weeks have been set aside for the trial which begins March 7, 2011.
