High River resident’s disappearance enters fifth day

Members of the High River RCMP detachment are asking for tips from the public as they continue to search for a missing 57-year-old man.

According to RCMP, Richard Provost, a resident of High River, was reported missing on October 9.

The missing man is described as:

• A dark skinned male of Dominican descent
• Approximately 182 cm (6’) tall
• Weighing 88 kg (194 lbs)
• Having greying hair and grey eyes

Provost does not have any means of transportation or any immediate family in Canada. He was in contact with his former employer on October 4.
