Police believe a medical condition caused a man to crash a truck into a building in the Manchester Industrial Park late Monday afternoon, killing him.
No one else was injured and there is minimal damage to the building. The traffic unit had a section of Manitou Road blocked off while investigating the incident.
The identity of the 46 year old driver has not yet been released.
In a separate incident, a man in his 30s was taken to Foothills Hospital with serious head injuries after he was hit by a car at 26th Street and 15th Avenue S.E. just before 5:30 p.m.
Police say the driver who hit him fled the scene, and they are interviewing witnesses.
