Calgary police are looking to identify two men they say are behind a recent robbery that targeted a convenience store in the northeast last month.
On August 31, police say two masked men entered the Twin Variety and Food Store in the 5200 block of 4 Street N.E.
The pair robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes and then fled the scene.
Investigators believe that the two men had entered the store earlier that evening to inspect the store before executing the robbery.
The first suspect is described as:
- Caucasian
- 20 to 25 years old
- 5’10”
- 180 pounds
- Clean shaven
He was seen wearing a black, flat-brimmed baseball cap, a gray RVCA sweater, tan pants, and dark running shoes. He also wore a white bandana over his face to conceal his identity during the robbery.
The second suspect is described as:
- Caucasian
- 20 to 25 years old
- 5’9”
- 170 pounds
- Medium build
He was seen wearing a black hoodie, sunglasses, and a dark bandana over his face at the time of the offence.
