Hiroshi's Hard Lemonade
- 1oz Yuzu Liqueur
- 1oz Shochu
- ½ a lemon
- 4oz Tonic Water
Cut half a lemon and squeeze the juice out into the bottom of a rocks glass.
Add your liquor.
Place a few cubes of ice and then place the squeezed lemon on top of the ice
Add more ice
Top with Tonic Water and stir.
Winterberry Tini
- 1oz White Rum
- .5oz Ume
- .5oz Chambord
- Muddled Mint
- Blackberries
- 2.5 oz Cranberry Juice
Muddle a few sprigs of Mint in a jigger
Add a few ice cubes and your liquor with a few ounces of Cranberry juice in the Jigger
Mash some blackberries in the Martini Glass
Strain the jigger into the Martini Glass
