There was a big fire burning in Fish Creek Park Friday afternoon and because of the wind it got dangerously close to several homes in the community of Deer Run.
At one point residents were using hoses to fight flames in their backyards.
The Calgary Fire Department was quickly on the scene and called in a helicopter to help douse the fire.
Originally there was concern three people were missing, but they were located.
