The Calgary Police Service is investigating the early morning theft of a cash machine from a northeast business.

According to police, officers responded to Vietnamese Village in the 3900 block of Westwinds Drive Northeast shortly before 3:00 a.m. Sunday after the business’ alarm sounded.

The glass doors at the restaurant's front entrance had been smashed and the automated teller machine had been removed from the premises.

Police have not identified suspects or a suspect vehicle in connect with the robbery.
