About two dozen families took part in a very special ceremony to honour children touched by cancer in Calgary.
The Lantern Ceremony marks the end of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
The event is also to illuminate the success in research, treatment, and the young survivors.
The lanterns are made by the families participating and are lit all along the river pathway.
