A garage in the northeast community of Whitehorn has been reduced to ash following a Saturday morning fire.
Fire crews responded to the call at 3:20 a.m. Upon CFD arrival to the home in the 4800 block of Whitehorn Dr. N.E., the two-car garage was engulfed in flames.
Crews successfully contained the fire from spreading to the surrounding houses.
Two people were inside the home at the time of the fire. No one was injured in the blaze. The siding of the home was damaged by the heat.
A car, parked inside the garage, was destroyed in the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
