The man who declared the property he was renting an embassy of a non-existent country has until Saturday to get out.

On Tuesday, a Court of Queen’s Bench judge ordered Andreas Pirelli to be out of the Parkdale duplex by 12:01 a.m. Saturday.

Rebekha Caverhill rented her income property in the northwest neighbourhood to Pirelli on a handshake.

The Sylvan Lake senior says he agreed to do some work on the property in exchange for three months free rent.

Caverhill went to inspect the home and tells CTV that the bathroom had been torn apart and the floor painted black.

According to Caverhill, Pirelli also claimed to be a Freeman-on-the-Land and told her the house was now an embassy on foreign land and that Caverhill had no rights.

She says he changed the locks and refused to pay full rent or utilities.

The judge ruled that not only will Pirelli have to move out by Saturday but will also have to pay rent and utilities.

CTV News tried to talk to Pirelli on Tuesday, but he refused to answer his door.

He did look out his window and take pictures of us but did not answer our questions.

Court records from Quebec show Pirelli, also known as Mario Antonacci, was scheduled to stand trial for extortion, break and enter, mischief, uttering threats and intimidation back in May of 2010.

According to records, he did not show up for his last scheduled court date and the case appears to be outstanding.

CTV News has seen copies of the court records and because there appears to be unresolved charges against him, there could be a warrant out for his arrest in Quebec.

Calgary police will not confirm individual warrants and depending on what kind of warrant it is, may not necessarily be able to act on it anyway.

CTV News attempted to speak to Pirelli again on Wednesday and he came out and confronted our camera person on the street in front of the duplex.

He then dumped a stack of documents on the street before retreating back into the home.
