Officials with the Calgary Stampede have announced that country star Reba McEntire will be ending out this year’s Stampede with a concert on July 13.

They say McEntire, who has sold over 80 million albums worldwide and is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Hollywood Bowl Hall of Fame, is a ‘legend’.

“She is one of the most successful female recording artists in history, with an incredibly loyal fan base,” said Adam Oppenheim, managing director, Stampede Concerts Inc., in a release.

Tickets for the show, which start at $39.99 plus fees, will go on sale to the public on April 4 at 10 a.m.

They are available at all Ticketmaster outlets, over the phone at 1-855-985-5000, and online.

Virgin Mobile members have priority access to tickets from April 1 to 3.

Stampede Insides can buy tickets from April 2 to 3.

The 2014 Calgary Stampede runs from July 4 to 13.
