There’s been a tragic motorcycle accident west of the city.
Two men riding motorbikes were involved in a tragic accident.
The men, both in their 50’s, were entering a traffic circle at Highway 8 and Highway 22, one of the bikes hit the semitruck and trailer unit.
He was pulled from his bike and killed instantly. The other rider was not hurt.
Highway 22 northbound was temporarily closed.
RCMP officers are investigating and used the RCMP drone to survey the accident scene in an effort to determine exactly how the collission happened.
