Lethbridge police say the death of a 64-year-old man in the city's downtown last week is not criminal in nature.
Officers closed part of Galt Gardens while they investigated and asked members of the public to avoid the area.
On Monday, police confirmed the investigation found no evidence of foul play.
"As the matter is deemed non-criminal in nature no further information will be released," police said.
