The historic Hart house is for sale once again.
It was once home to the famous Hart wrestling family.
The home was built in 1902 and purchased in 1951 by Stu Hart, the patriarch of the Hart wrestling family.
The home is 5,600 square feet and has six bedrooms.
It was not only the family home of the family, which included 12 children, but it was also used for training.
A portion of the basement was appropriately named "The Dungeon".
That's where many in the wrestling world would go to train under Hart.
Hart paid $25,000 for the three-storey home.
The current owner had plans to redevelop the property as condos after Stu Hart's death in 2003 despite opposition from local residents.
Those condos have never been built.
The interior of the home has been renovated.
It captures all the charm of the old house but has all the modern amenities, including a brand-new state-of-the-art kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms, a spa-like bathroom, but "The Dungeon" still looks like it's used for exercise.
The major difference between the home now and when the Hart's bought it is the price.
It's now listed for nearly $5-million.
CTV News has spoken to the realtor who listed the property.
She says she's already getting lots of interest from qualified buyers.
