The judge in the Paxton trial is expected to make a ruling in the case that will decide whether or not the proceedings will continue to closing arguments or end with a mistrial.
Paxton's defence lawyers applied to have the whole trial thrown out of court because they claim one of the police officers was coaching a witness as seen on courtroom security video.
