Police in Red Deer are looking into the abduction of a man and are asking the public for help to find him.
RCMP say several residents of the ENG apartments at 4904 54 Street reported seeing three males assaulting and dragging another male across the parking lot on September 17, 2013 at about 9:30 p.m.
The victim was forced into a white GMC van which then fled the scene.
Police have since recovered the vehicle but say they do not know the identity of the victim or the state of his well being.
The victim is described as a black male and he was only wearing red underwear at the time of the incident.
The offenders are described as two black males and one white male.
The Red Deer GIS Serious Crimes Unit is investigating and is asking anyone who may have witnessed the kidnapping or has information on the victim’s whereabouts to contact Red Deer City RCMP at 403.343.5575 or Crime Stoppers at 1.800.222.8477.
