The last of four men accused in the triple murder at a Calgary restaurant on New Years Day 2009 has pleaded guilty.
Nicholas Hovanesian pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to murder and kidnapping in a Calgary courtroom on Friday morning.
Hovanesian was one of four men accused in the murders of Sanjeev Mann, Aaron Bendle and innocent bystander Keni Su'a at the Bolsa Vietnamese Restaurant at 94th Ave. S.E. on January 1, 2009.
Mann and Bendle were shot to death inside the Bolsa and Su'a was gunned down as he ran from the restaurant.
Hovanesian was originally charged with three counts of first-degree murder and was featured on America's Most Wanted.
He was arrested in Lethbridge on unrelated charges and turned over to Calgary police.
Real Christian Honorio was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder in March and Nathan Zucheratto and Michael Roberto were convicted of the murders in November 2011 .
Sentencing for Hovanesian is set for June 29, 2012.
