A jury has handed down a verdict in the trial for the third man accused in a triple murder on News Year's Day in 2009.
Real Christian Honorio was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder in connection to the shooting at the Bolsa Vietnamese Restaurant on 94th Ave. S.E. on January 1, 2009.
Sanjeev Mann, Aaron Bendle and innocent bystander Keni Su'a were all killed in the New Year's Day shooting.
Mann and Bendle were shot to death inside the Bolsa and Su'a was gunned down as he ran from the restaurant.
Honorio entered a not guilty plea to the charges at the beginning of the trial.
A big portion of the trial hinged on an undercover sting in which Honorio thought he was talking to members of organized crime.
The defence contended that Honorio was lying during an undercover sting when he admitted to being one of the shooters.
The jury deliberated for two days and Honorio showed no emotion when the verdict was read.
Two other men, Nathan Zucheratto and Michael Roberto were convicted in November of the murders.
