Calgary police find woman missing from Renfrew area, say she's safe

The Calgary Police Service says a woman reported missing from the Renfrew area has been found.

The 27-year-old was found safe, police said Friday.

She had last been seen on Dec. 16, and earlier this week police put out a call for assistance in locating her.

Friday evening, police thanked the public for its help in doing so.
